Heli-Heat Wave 2016 was a great event!

Just a shout out to the guys at Heli-Heatwave. Thanks for an incredible event – the exhibition pilots being Dunkan Boisson, James Dargue and Rhys Wyatt really put on a show for the crowd and it was amazing to see such world class pilots first hand. Dont forget there is the HeliGods funfly (http://www.heligods.com) coming up – the 2016 winter solstice to be held at Melbourne Radio Control Helicopter Club. It promises to be a great event as well.

Heli Heat Wave 2016 – Wagga Wagga – Be there!

Get ready for the Heli event of a lifetime! This year’s Heli Heatwave will be held on the 19th, 20th, 21st February 2016 at the Wagga Model Aero Club, Olympic Way south of Wagga.  Dunkan Boission is our special guest who needs no introduction I am sure.

Friday 19th February
9am- 5pm General Flying and Guest/s Demos
Saturday 20th February – “ A DAY FOR DAVE”
9am – 11.30am – General Flying and Guest/s Demos
11.30am – 12.30am – Tribute for our mate Dave Maher- ceremony & demos
12.30pm – 1.15pm – FPV Quad racing – qualifying run
1.15pm – 5pm – General Flying and Guest/s Demos
5pm – the inaugural Heli Heatwave Cup FPV race
6.30pm – Dinner
9.00pm* Night flying session
Sunday 21st February
9am – 3pm General Flying and Guest/s Demos
